Batang Air - 20 Centenerians Among Young Electorates

Batang Air's voters mostly fall under the 40-49 year age group, followed by 30-39 year-olds. The 21-29 year group is small but has risen by a large 24% since GE12. Batang Air has 20 voters 100 year or older, and 44 voters in the 90-99 age group.

Table A shows that in Batang Air (N29 under P203 Lubok Antu, Sarawak):

• The largest age group for voters is the 40-49 year-olds (25.9%),
• The new voters aged 21-29 is a relatively small group, but grew by 24.1% after GE12, to increase from 6.2% to 8.2% of all voters.
• SPR deleted 2 voters aged 100 and above after GE12, but that still leaves 20 centenerian voters,
• SPR deleted 4 voters from the 90-99 age group, but that still leaves 44 voters in this group.
